Permission Issues

macOS: Microphone Permission Denied

1. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy
2. Click Privacy tab
3. Select Microphone
4. Check the box next to Speakly
5. Restart Speakly if necessary

macOS: Accessibility Permission

1. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy
2. Click Privacy tab
3. Select Accessibility
4. Click the lock to make changes
5. Add Speakly to the list

Windows: Microphone Permission

1. Open Windows Settings
2. Go to Privacy > Microphone
3. Enable 'Allow apps to access your microphone'
4. Ensure Speakly is listed and enabled
5. Restart Speakly if necessary

Windows: Hotkeys Not Working

1. Try running Speakly as Administrator
2. Right-click Speakly shortcut
3. Select 'Run as administrator'
4. This may be required for hotkeys in elevated apps
